DIY cocktail layering

vice

Cocktail layering always seems so simple when they do it at the bar. A spoon, a steady hand, and a basic understanding of liquids are apparently all it takes to make a sunset inspired drink. Obviously it couldn’t be further from the truth, when you try to impress your friends with a multi-layered cocktail at home all that transpires is murky liquid in a martini glass. Well don’t worry, your humiliation filled cocktail parties are a thing of the past with

The Rainbow Cocktail Layering Tool.

The Rainbow separates liquids of different concentrations to make clear layers, so it ends up looking like those intense icy poles you ate as a kid.  Apparently you can also use it on hot drinks but we’re not sure why you’d ever need a layered latte when you could be making hyper colour cocktails all weekend long.
