Mead Sour

  • Tall glass


  • 45ml Whisky
  • 60ml Honey Mead
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Cinnamon stick


  1. Pour lemon juice into a glass
  2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white and add the egg white to the glass.
  3. Measure out 45ml of whisky, and add to glass
  4. Top up the glass with the Honey Mead
  5. Add a stick of cinnamon
  6. Stir the ingredients until a thick froth forms
  7. Pour into a hollowed bull’s horn, goblet, or chalice
