Tall glass


  • 60ml golden rum
  • 60ml coconut cream
  • 120 ml pineapple juice
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes
  • Pineapple stick
  • Maraschino cherry


  1. Combine rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously—or whizz briefly in an electric blender.
  2. Put ice cubes in a highball glass, add your drink and garnish with pineapple and cherry.
