Ingredients

  • 45ml gin
  • 15ml pomegranate liqueur
  • 4 Thai basil leaves
  • Schweppes Indian Tonic Water

Method

  1. Gently bruise Thai basil leaves by clapping between hands and add to the highball glass.  
  2. Add gin and pomegranate liqueur.   
  3. Add ice and top with Schweppes Indian Tonic Water.
