- To make your Bone, fill a mixer with ice and pour in a generous shot of American rye whiskey.
- Follow that up with a squeeze of lime juice, a swirl of simple syrup and a dash of your favourite hot sauce.
- One or two dashes should suffice for those with a lower tolerance, but if you’ve got a serious chilli problem, add three.
- Shake, then strain into an ice-filled glass.
- Top it off with some Schweppes Soda Water and approach with caution.
