Glassware

  • Highball glass

Ingredients

  • 2 sliced dried figs
  • 45ml white rum
  • 15ml crème de cacao
  • 25ml lemon juice (about a lemon’s worth)
  • Ice
  • Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

 

 

Method

  1. Half fill a highball glass with ice
  2. Add in dried figs, white rum, crème de cacao and lemon juice
  3. Mix well
  4. Top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
