The Rosarita Highball


  • Highball glass


  • Cucumber
  • Tequila
  • Cassis
  • Lime
  • Schweppes Ginger Ale
  • Ice


  1. Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with ice and add a good splash of tequilla
  2. Then add a dash of cassis and squeeze over the juice of half a lime
  3. Stick the lid on your mixer and shake the devil out of your concoction
  4. Use a sieve to strain the Rosarita into a highball glass
  5. Top off the glass with Schweppes Ginger Ale
