The Rusty Pear

Highball

Ingredients

  • 60ml dark rum
  • Half ripe pear
  • 4 cardamon pods
  • 15ml pomegranate molasses
  • Schweppes Lemonade

Method

  1. Add pear, cardamon pods and pomegranate molasses into a highball glass. Muddle.  
  2. Add ice, stir and top with Schweppes Lemonade.
